I am a founder and healthcare systems strategist focused on designing sustainable, human-centered systems that strengthen leadership, improve organizational performance, and support effective care delivery.
My work sits at the intersection of healthcare operations, management, and digital health. I specialize in helping organizations move from fragmented, reactive environments to aligned, resilient systems by addressing leadership structure, operational design, and decision-making under pressure.
Rather than focusing on individuals as the problem, I focus on the systems that shape outcomes. Through a systems-architecture approach, I help organizations identify where breakdowns occur, redesign how work flows, and build leadership capacity that supports accountability, wellness, and long-term sustainability.
At the core of my work is the belief that strong systems are intentionally designed. When leadership, operations, and technology are aligned, organizations function with greater clarity, stability, and impact.
My mission is to use wellness and agility as a problem-solving strategy—in leadership, maternal health, and across communities. I approach every challenge with agile thinking, and I build solutions that are iterative, responsive, and deeply human-centered. My approach integrates structured management systems with wellness-centered leadership practices—equipping healthcare organizations to improve retention, elevate morale, strengthen communication, and sustain high performance in complex care environments.
I bring the perspective of three worlds—behavioral health, healthcare management, and lived patient experience—which allows me to design systems that are both clinically grounded and operationally sound. This integrated perspective informs how I build leadership structures and care systems that are practical, human-centered, and sustainable.

2. Maternal-Fetal Health Innovation
A healthcare-driven response to the maternal-fetal health crisis in America, informed by both professional experience and lived perspective. I created MaternaCare as an integrated model of care that includes mobile health clinics, digital health technology, and a culturally informed application to support adolescent girls and women across physical, emotional, educational, holistic, and cultural dimensions of health—while strengthening care delivery for provider organizations.
