1. The Clinician – Grounded in Patient Care
My journey began as a behavioral health clinician, working directly with patients and understanding the complexities of frontline care. I have seen the impact of delayed interventions, inefficient workflows, and gaps in patient-centered approaches—which inspired my drive to make systemic changes that empower both providers and patients.
2. The Healthcare Manager – Leading Change from the Inside
As a former healthcare manager, I worked within hospital systems, clinics, and administrative leadership, navigating the challenges of policy implementation, resource allocation, and workforce management. I know firsthand how bureaucracy, outdated processes, and resistance to change can slow progress—and I have developed agile strategies to help organizations break through these barriers.
3. The Patient & Advocate – Turning Pain into Purpose
I am not just a healthcare professional—I am also a patient and survivor. After experiencing a miscarriage and battling ovarian cancer, I saw the failures of our healthcare system from the other side. My struggles as a patient highlighted the inefficiencies, gaps in communication, and lack of proactive care that so many others face. Instead of accepting these flaws, I adopted an Agile Mindset—one that prioritizes iterative problem-solving, real-time adjustments, and patient-centered innovation.
