Think Like a Woman™ is a 12-week, evidence-informed health education and behavior change program delivered in partnership with organizations serving women in vulnerable and underserved communities. This program integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Agile methodology to produce measurable improvements in health literacy, behavior change, and healthcare navigation.

This is not a direct-to-consumer program. It is a contracted solution implemented by organizations seeking to strengthen participant outcomes and reduce gaps in care.
