Your Management & Women's Health Architect
Building healthcare solutions that work for patients and clinical teams.
Our mission
At SLH Wellness & Management LLC, our mission is to transform how organizations lead people, deliver care, and create healthier systems.
We develop human-centered frameworks, strategies, and solutions that address both sides of organizational wellness: the people who lead and manage the workforce and the clinical teams and communities who deliver and experience care.
Through Human-Centered Management Intelligence™ (HCMI™) and our human-centered patient wellness and clinical framework, we bring together behavioral insight, adaptive thinking, wellness, cultural responsiveness, operational excellence, and technology to help organizations solve complex challenges in leadership, workforce culture, patient experience, and health outcomes.
We believe meaningful transformation should be led by the people closest to the work, shaped by the experiences of the people being served, and designed to create change that lasts.
Our purpose is to equip leaders, strengthen teams, improve the human experience of care, and build healthier organizations and communities where people and performance can thrive together.
A Healthcare Architect Transforming Management & Clinical Systems
I am a Management & Healthcare Architect and founder focused on designing human-centered systems that transform how organizations lead people, support their workforce, deliver care, and improve the human experience of healthcare.
My work sits at the intersection of management, healthcare operations, behavioral science, wellness, and digital health. Rather than approaching leadership challenges, workforce issues, and patient-care problems as isolated concerns, I examine the systems surrounding them—how people think, lead, communicate, make decisions, deliver care, and respond within complex environments.
I don't simply identify problems within systems.
I architect frameworks for changing them.
Over the course of my work, I recognized that sustainable organizational transformation requires addressing two interconnected sides of the human experience: the people who lead and manage organizations and the clinical teams and communities who deliver and experience care.
That realization led me to develop two proprietary human-centered frameworks.
Human-Centered Management Intelligence™ (HCMI™)
Lead Self. Understand People. Transform Culture.
HCMI™ addresses the management and workforce side of organizational systems.
Developed after three years of testing and refining my Agile and CBT-informed management methodology in workplace environments, HCMI™ integrates self-awareness, cognitive intelligence, adaptive leadership, trauma-informed principles, values, accountability, wellness, and human-centered management.
The framework helps managers examine the connection between:
Self → Thought → Behavior → People → Culture
HCMI™ is built on the understanding that managers don't simply supervise workplace culture—they help create it.
By strengthening how managers understand themselves, interpret situations, respond to people, adapt to challenges, and exercise organizational authority, HCMI™ helps organizations build stronger managers, healthier people, and thriving cultures.
Human-Centered Clinical Intelligence™ (HCCI™)
HCCI™ addresses the other side of my work: patient wellness and clinical systems.
The framework helps organizations examine how patient information, lived experience, clinical knowledge, cultural context, technology, and interdisciplinary collaboration can work together to support more human-centered decision-making and care.
Rather than designing healthcare around fragmented encounters, HCCI™ creates a structure for understanding the whole person within the clinical system and translating that understanding into coordinated, responsive care.
Together, HCMI™ and HCCI™ represent the two sides of my work:
HCMI™ — How we lead people.
HCCI™ — How we understand and care for people.
Both are grounded in the same philosophy:
Human-centered leadership. Human-centered care. Healthier systems.
I Build Systems, Not Band-Aids
Rather than focusing on individuals as the problem, I focus on the systems that shape outcomes.
Through a systems-architecture approach, I identify where breakdowns occur, examine the human and operational factors contributing to them, and design frameworks and solutions that strengthen leadership, decision-making, communication, accountability, wellness, care delivery, and organizational sustainability.
Agile thinking remains an important part of how I approach this work.
Healthcare organizations operate in environments where conditions change quickly, decisions carry consequences, and rigid solutions often fail to account for the realities experienced by employees, patients, and communities.
That's why I build solutions that are iterative, adaptive, responsive, and deeply human-centered.
The Perspective Behind the Architecture
I bring the perspective of three worlds—behavioral health, healthcare management, and lived patient experience.
That combination allows me to see healthcare differently.
I understand the workforce.
I understand management.
I understand systems.
And I understand what it feels like to experience those systems from the other side—as a patient.
This integrated perspective informs how I design management structures, clinical frameworks, digital health solutions, and models of care that are both operationally sound and genuinely responsive to human experience.
Through SLH Wellness & Management LLC
Through SLH Wellness & Management LLC, I translate this architecture into frameworks, training, consulting, digital solutions, and system-level interventions that help healthcare organizations address complex challenges across two core areas:
1. Management, Leadership & Workforce Systems
Anchored by Human-Centered Management Intelligence™ (HCMI™) and Think Like a Manager™, this work helps organizations strengthen management capability, address workplace culture, improve communication and accountability, recognize the influence of bias and human behavior, and integrate wellness into how people are led.
The goal is not simply to create better-trained managers.
It is to create healthier management systems.
2. Patient Wellness & Clinical Systems
Anchored by Human-Centered Clinical Intelligence™ (HCCI™), this work focuses on designing healthcare systems that better understand the whole person and strengthen how information, clinical teams, technology, culture, wellness, and patient experience come together in care delivery.
My maternal-health innovations—including MaternaCare and related digital health solutions—represent an important application of this architecture, demonstrating how human-centered clinical systems can be designed around complex health challenges and populations.
What I Ultimately Build
Whether I am addressing management culture or patient care, my work begins with the same question:
How do we design a better system for the human beings who have to experience it?
That question drives everything I build.
Because sustainable transformation doesn't happen by asking people to work harder inside systems that aren't working.
We have to redesign the systems.
That is the work of a Management & Healthcare Architect.
